If you have a startup idea or run startup venture and seeking investment to scale up the business then Nepal Business Angels Circle’s “Fundraise” platform is for you.

What is a Fundraise platform?

Fundraise platform is an initiative of Nepal Business Angels Circle (NBAC) to connect entrepreneurs with angel investors in order to raise the investment they are seeking in-order to scale up their businesses. The platform organizes pitch session where entrepreneurs pitch their startup ideas to business angel investors with motive to secure investment, networks, feedbacks and suggestions, etc.

The Process?

1. Registration or Sign Up

Entrepreneurs and startups need to register their startup idea through our google form. Entrepreneurs have to fill up the registration form requesting brief information about the startup, the form is divided into three sections. Applicants are encouraged to provide detailed and accurate information.

2. Screening

Nepal Business Angels Circle (NBAC) team will look over submissions and screen the startups on different criteria and reach out to investors whose interest matches with registered startups which could also include NBAC itself.

3. Call for a Pitch session

Applicants will be informed about the pitch session organized a few days ahead to the event. They could be asked to add more information and restructure their pitch deck.

4. Pitch Day

During the pitch event, the businesses/startups will get a chance to pitch their business to NBAC team and investors following the format that will brief before the event. 

5. Follow-ups

The NBAC team will get in touch with the startups/businesses if any investor audience shows investment interest. NBAC will also facilitate the entire process for both parties if so required. NBAC would also express investment interest as an institutional investor.
