The Nepal Business Angels Circle (NBAC) has successfully conducted its third edition of “Pitch Date with Angels” pitch event on the 16th of March 2023 at Times Square Lounge and Bar, Kathmandu.
Pitch Date with Angels is an initiation for supporting startups and entrepreneurs to meet with angel investors to pitch their ideas and secure fund. This event happens once in every three months, where 2-3 ideas/startups/entrepreneurs are selected after screening and are invited to attend the event to pitch their ideas to angels.
It is an opportunity for startups to get investments, build investment networks, and enhance strategic knowledge. This event is primarily tailored for startups to meet angels, understand their investment needs, pitch their ideas and explore investment possibilities.
For angel investors, “Pitch Date With Angels” provides access to startup deals that are prequalified and assessed, connect with other like-minded investors, make collaborative investment decisions, and learn with or from peer angel investors.
In this edition of “Pitch Date with Angels” we had overall 44 startup applications and out of those 44 applicants we shortlisted 17 startups for the screening process and through the screening process we selected 3 startups to pitch at main pitch day. Those 3 selected startups were Bihe Nepal; Afiverse Tech Services, and Ganapati Tech Solutions.
We would like to thank all the 3 startups for their presentation and our investors for joining and making this event successful and becoming a part of Pitch Date with Angels.
We also would like to thank our guest investors for their honorable presence at our event and making the event successful and fruitful. Our guest investors were representing sectors and firms, some of our guest are member of startup investment ecosystem in Nepal.
